My career in design began while in high school at our family-owned and operated printing facility. I graduated college with an A.A.S. in Graphic Design and immediately became employed as a screen print designer for an advertising agency. Four-and-a-half years later I resigned as leading web developer with experience in web design, e-commerce, databases and custom scripting. I also gained experience in advertising design for a variety of clientele including aviation, banking and tourism.
Six years after leaving the family-run printing operation I returned as a graphic designer and typesetter with valuable print, advertising, and web skills.
Balancing time in front of a computer is important to me. I am also employed in the nuclear power industry as a specially-trained technician dispatched with a team throughout the United States. This gives me the opportunity to stay active and travel domestically.
